The One Mall business circle has an independent and complete grassroots-level Party building system. The system provides surrounding stores with beneficial policies and convenient services, offers the public voluntary services and commits to the area’s cultural development. The district government cooperates with the stores to jointly develop local businesses and share resources, resulting in the buiding of a sound business environment. The Party Service Center of the One Mall has opened the Haishan Subdistrict Foreigner Service Center where foreigners can consult with staff members regarding local policies, borrow foreign-language books, and ask for help.
